Faith Formation (K- 6th grade)
Assumption's faith formation ( formerly known as CCD) program is designed to
help our parish children develop a deeper understanding of their faith and of
our Catholic community. There are weekly classes, workshops and special
events celebrating Advent and Lent. Through the Sacrament of first
Communion, we also bring together both the school and parish families and
strengthen our community bonds. We are in need of teachers and Volunteers!

NOTES:
We will be requiring that each child
complete a year of Faith Formation before enrolling in the Sacraments program.
That means that if you would like your child to participate in our second grade
program, they will have to be enrolled in Faith Formation in first grade. We
feel that it is important for each child to have a strong foundation in the
Catholic Faith before participating in the Sacraments of Reconciliation and
First Communion so that they understand the importance of their participation.
Our program begins this year on October 5th. Enrollment forms can
be found in the back of the church and in the Parish Office. Please call us
with any questions.
Faith Formation for Middle School
We need a group of volunteers to help plan meeting for our Middle School
Children who attend public schools.

Teen Confirmation (10th to 12th Grades Students)
We need volunteers to act as a team to plan and conduct preparation of High
School Students in classes and activities for the year leading up to their
confirmation.
